We recently reported that deadmau5 purchased a large container of McDonald’s Szechuan sauce from a seller on eBay for the amount of approximately $15,000. Since McDonald’s has now chosen to make the sauce publicly available this winter, the value of the sauce has plummeted astronomically, and so Joel decided to simply… give it away!
At his show at Rebel last night in Toronto, Deadmau5 took a break from his set to announce to the crowd that there was going to be a “nugget party,” having purchased one thousand chicken nuggets.
The nuggets and sauce were both available wherever the merch booth was, and no doubt fans had something to talk about the next morning. Watch the video below!
