If festival culture has taught us anything, it’s that anything is possible… even mistaking Outlook Festival for Microsoft’s Outlook. Wait, what?
One person, who is apparently very bad at the internets, signed up for “the preferred email client used to access Microsoft Exchange Server email” instead of a ticket to the “celebration of sound system culture in Fort Punta Christo, Croatia.”
We’re serious. The cringe-worthy email complaint below was uploaded directly to the official Facebook account for Outlook Festival, so we know it’s real. The dissatisfied customer not only detailed a true “nightmare” transaction, but also demanded for a refund.
The event’s page was kind enough to block out the name in the screenshot because, let’s be honest… this person will suffer enough embarrassment as it is.
