Kraftwerk is back — not with new music, unfortunately — but, with a limited edition run of bikes!
International cycling company Canyon Bicycles has partnered with Kraftwerk’s Ralf Hütter to create the most complex design ever applied to a bike with hand-cut reflective strips, every bit as intricate as the electronic band’s timeless productions.
Canyon shared in a Facebook post: “This extremely limited run of 21 technically-accomplished machines pays homage to Kraftwerk’s iconic aesthetic and harks to the pioneering sounds they produce, music that has paved the way for so many others to follow.”
According to The Verge, cyclist Tony Martin will ride a version of the limited edition model this year’s Tour de France (the actual event, not the Kraftwerk song).
