You know what it means when a DJ shows off a new studio being built, right? New music. At least that’s what we’re hoping because Skrillex just showed off his new digs on Instagram and they look prime for some new music.
The 30-year-old DJ been busy producing for others over the last two years, more so than putting out his own music, but the rumor mill is pumping full speed ahead that there’s more new, original music to be hear soon. His old Jack Ü partner Diplo even confirmed in an interview in December 2017 that Skrillex was working on a new album, but so far we haven’t gotten any music this year aside from his “Goh” collaboration with What So Not and a remix for Pendulum.
The studio shown in his video looks absolutely massive, with plenty of room to make music, whatever that may require. 2019 can’t come soon enough…
