Members Of Nirvana Reunite On Stage For Rare Performance Of “Molly’s Lips” [WATCH]

The surviving members of Nirvana reunited on stage to perform one of Kurt Cobain‘s favorite songs — “Molly’s Lips,” made popular by The Vaselines.

The rare moment went down during the Foo Fighters‘ tour stop in Seattle over the weekend, and rock fans are still buzzing about it. The track, previously covered on Nirvana’s 1992 album Incesticide, proved to be the perfect song choice for the special moment.

Former Nirvana member Krist Novoselic‘s band Giants in the Trees opened up the evening — and later on he joined the other living bandmates, Dave Grohl, Pat Smear, and the rest of the Foo Fighters to perform the classic track.

“This is an old song, we haven’t done this song together in a long time,” Grohl led into the cover.

Krist Novoselic last performed with the Foo Fighters in 2017.

Watch below and let that nostalgia take over!
