This weekend marks the beginning of a three-date run at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado for Illenium, with tons of great supporting acts. Unfortunately, tonight’s first show, one of two new album live sets for the weekend, has officially been cancelled.
No announcement has been made on social media for any artist or the venue at this time, at time of publishing, but calling in to the venue’s hotline gives you the message, “Due to weather conditions, the Illenium concert this evening has been cancelled. This is the only information we currently have. Stay tuned for more information for refunds.”
Sources tell us the team is trying to find an alternative venue before outright cancelling tonight’s performance, which would make this the 2nd cancelled Illenium show this year in Colorado due to weather.
In the past, Red Rocks shows have been relocated to 1st Bank Center, which has a smaller capacity.
Stay tuned for more details regarding the show.
