If progressive electro techno is a thing, i_o hits the nail on the head with “LAZERS.” The track is a journey through the elusive producer’s unique soundscape and allows him time to stretch in a 6:28 span. It’s almost impossible to not compare some of the melodic structure to deadmau5, but once those “LAZERS” hit you the track sounds like anything but.
Since his debut, “Warning” via mau5trap, the rising techno-driven artist has been stirring up the dance music scene with consistent releases. The producer also caught the attention of Jauz‘s label Bite This! early on. Although his style is distinct, it seems i_o has mass appeal.
