The “fake” Diplo Twitter account is finding itself in some hot water with Jauz, after a real life beef sparked over political tweets and world peace…
The @_diplo_ account, almost exclusively used to promote the real Diplo’s new Viceland show with James Van Der Beek and Dillon Francis —What Would Diplo Do?, is constantly poking fun at the DJ lifestyle. However, Jauz spoke up when he found one tweet in particular to be poorly timed and in bad taste.
@_diplo_ joked that DJ political tweets go something like this: “yo maybe if we just had LOVE instead of HATE we could have world peace and solid vibes.”
And, @Jauzofficial was quick to respond that “Fake Diplo” tweets are always like: “Something negative about DJ’s or EDM that’s funny and everyone can agree on! Watch my tv show!”
