“Guys like Boombox Cartel, Quix, Louis the Child, k?d, Illenium, Lido, (and more)!”
On returning to their EDM roots…
“…We’ve kind of grown past that type of dance music and the whole 128 [BPM] stuff. But, we’re going to take a bunch of chances and do stuff we think is inspiring and fun. Hopefully it doesn’t sound like generic pop to you.” – Drew
Artists that inspired them musically…
“Sonically, Dr. Dre, Skrillex, oh — f*cking Linkin Park!” – Drew
The weirdest things about fame…
“When you have people talking about the things that you wear and you do and you say, it’s like you’ve kind of lost control about the story of your life.” – Drew
New album in 2018?
“If it feels right, we’ll do it… We just want to be able to put out music consistently.” – Drew
Best way to deal with haters…
“Initially it fucks with your day, but you kind of just have to brush it off. Remember there’s so much positivity out there…” – Alex
What they hate most about each other…
“We pick each other’s noses.”
As for how many hotdogs they could eat in 30 minutes (no condiments)…
“Probably… 3 1/2 or 4.” – Drew
“I could scarf 2 down no problem.” – Alex
