Next year marks the 20th anniversary of one of the most iconic dance music events in the world: Ultra Music Festival.
The annual event in Miami has been a pillar of dance music for the past two decades and next year will prove to be one of the festival’s biggest years as it celebrates a huge anniversary. Figureheads in dance music like David Guetta, Armin van Buuren, Carl Cox and more have called Ultra home for years now; and younger artists like Martin Garrix, Kygo and Oliver Heldens are starting to hold their own at the festival now, too.
Ultra has just revealed the trailer for their 20th anniversary event, featuring testimonials from many of the aforementioned artists. In the video description, Ultra writes:
In celebration of our 20th anniversary, we’ll be asking YOU to travel down memory lane with us as we highlight some of the most significant snippets of Ultra history over the coming weeks. We want to create the Ultra timeline together with you so we’re looking to all of you for your help— your photos, videos, and memories are crucial parts of our story together, and we’ll be asking you to submit them for eternal placement in the Ultra history books. We’ll even be gifting some special surprises to those whose memories are selected.
