Since the death of Steve Jobs, it seems that Apple has been floundering a bit. It’s no longer the paragon of design and reliability that it once was, now forcing users to purchase extraneous dongles and releasing the most breakable phone in the iPhone X.
It’s been a week since the phone’s release, and there isn’t much hype around it as there was for previous models. This is probably in large part due to the underwhelming release of the iPhone 8 just a few short months prior. Now, rumors are already swirling that Apple will release three new iPhones as early as next year.
The rumors come from credible analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who predicts three different size models ranging from 5.8-inch to 6.5-inch. The smallest and the biggest sizes, 5.8 and 6.5 respectively, will have an OLED display, while a third in-between model at 6.1-inch will have an LCD display. The 6.5 is speculated to be a Plus model of the X, while the 6.1 will likely be a more affordable version of the current iPhone X, sized up just a bit.
These are all still just rumors at the moment, but Kuo has been known to get these things right in the past. Will a torrent of new products save Apple? Let us know what you think in the comments.
