In partnership with Musical.ly, Marshmello has uploaded a new music video for “You Can Cry,” his collaboration with Juicy J & James Arthur entirely in sign language. We’re not sure what prompted the sudden ASL video, but there’s certainly no complaining in that community’s representation in major media.
Marshmello is asking his followers to learn the ASL signs for the song and share their own versions on the music sharing app using the hashtag #YouCanCryASL.
Marshmello is scheduled to perform at Electric Forest this weekend, which is a festival known for its use of ASL interpreters.
