Above & Beyond just unleashed their new and highly anticipated album Flow State, an ethereal snapshot of their current stream of creativity that exists in a safe, meditative and calming space.
The dynamic trio describe Flow State as a “49-minute panoramic journey of ambient compositions and warm, neo-classical soundscapes that offer moments of meditative calm in these busy and often overwhelming times.”
To launch the album, Elena Brower joined Above & Beyond to lead an exclusive Flow State yoga practice in New York. Coming up, the band’s Group Therapy Weekender Festival at the Gorge will also feature music from the album over July 27 -28, as well as yoga practice.
With this release, we can bring the music and the momentum home and into our everyday lives. The full album presentation on Spotify also features a full collection of edits and the spoken word assists, which spans just over 2 hours.
So take a minute — well, at least 49 of them — shut of all phones and distractions and just listen.
