With a single tweet, OWSLA just confirmed a forthcoming 2-track EP from Skrillex out tomorrow – well technically tonight at midnight EST.
Just yesterday, an image leaked online signaling the possibility of this body of work due out Friday, July 19. The source revealed two tracks — “Fuji Opener” (aka “Ping Pong”) with Alvin Risk and “Mumbai Power” featuring Beam.
The image below, which features an OWSLA symbol written in Ableton Live, also has a deeper meaning if you look at the project files. The same tracks — “Fuji Opener” and “Mumbai Power” are reiterated.
The date and time aren’t that of today, but read Friday and 12:00am, suggesting what the rumor pointed to, which is a Friday release date.
